Ishreen Bradley, Business Coach Consultant, CEO Bizas

Ishreen’s key strength is an ability to build rapport quickly, identify priorities and work with her clients to deliver results. She knows the questions to ask which enable people to articulate what they want to achieve and produce unprecedented business and personal performance.

As a young Executive at BT, Ishreen’s early experience included representing BT on European Digital Standards bodies, managing a change programme for a Division of 150people and supporting joint venture projects between BT and its media clients on behalf of BT’s R&D organisation. Based on her reputation at BT, Ishreen was engaged by Cap Gemini to develop its Media Business and delivered £12mn sales during the first year of operation as well as a brand that positioned Cap Gemini as a serious supplier in the sector. She led strategy, process and ebusiness projects that enabled her clients to produce exceptional results and win industry awards.

Whilst working on Cap Gemini Ernst & Young’s Transformational Consultingproposition, Ishreen developed an interest in people transformation. This interest led her to set up her own consulting practice, Bizas Coaching & Consulting. Working with her first client – a niche transformational consultancy, Ishreen enabled them to establish a business in the UK and managed the growth of their UK business over a period of 7 years.

She brings experience to her clients of having worked with a wide range of businesses from SME to organisations such as Sky, Standard Chartered Bank and Hermes.
Ishreen has an MBA from London Business School and is currently studying for a Masters in Coaching at Ashridge Business School.

She is passionate about enabling women to have a full life experience and have the freedom to choose and be satisfied with all elements of their work/life balance whilst being extraordinary executives at work.

Previous clients include: Lloyds TSB, Microsoft, Standard Chartered, Sky and BT.

Catherine Rushforth, CEO at Catherine Rushforth & Associates

Like Ishreen and Mel the infra-structure for my current life and life style were set back in my early thirties, in fact 21 years ago. I had decided that I wanted to paddle my own canoe, to set up in business independently ; to be a thought-leader in my sector.

These days I am known as an innovator in the safeguarding, including child protection, sector. I have a passion for growing professional confidence at a grass roots level, thus enabling practitioners and managers alike to embrace the full extent of their professional role for the benefit of children and their families.

I am proud of my reputation as a social change-maker ; as a Family Therapist with children and their families, as a Trainer and Consultant with individual practitioners across a range of disciplines, with teams and organisations . Over the last 2- 3 years my commitment towards the modernisation of children’s services has taken me into central government, working along aside MP’s, campaigning for change in social policy and leading a Working Party for the Department of Education in the production of Conception to Age 2 : The Age of Opportunity 2013

I did not start my adult life as a confident and accomplished woman though, I have worked at growing myself both in the course of training as an Early Years’ Practitioner, Social Worker and Family Therapist and through personal development, including therapy.

There were times that I felt far from competent and lacking in confidence but looking back, had the courage to speak out about it, rather than pretend I ‘had it sorted‘ . To my interest this approach has inspired others and when I encountered Ishreen and Mel it started to become obvious that our blend of experience, philosophy for life and desire to assist others was destined for something. So here we are ‘Women on Purpose’, Ishreen, Mel and I ; we support and challenge each other ; never ‘leaning back’ in thinking that we have it all sorted and provide exactly that for the women we work with … leading a nurturing whilst purposeful journey into the deepest, most heartfelt life.”

Previous clients include: Lewisham Pre-School Learning Alliance, Theatre 503, Herne Hill Independent School, Greenwich Childrens Service and Southwark Youth Offending Service.

  •  What they say about Catherine: Feedback from participants over the last 2 to 3 years indicates that a consistently high level of training is received, with many settings coming back with enquiries about further training from this company.” –Greenwich Children’s Service

Our Passion

We set up this company out of our passion for business, coaching and personal development. We started to notice that as well as being called on for our business services, we were often in demand ourselves as coaches, mentors and public speakers.

We believe in the power of the group, team and community: we saw how much we learned and grew when we coached and supported each other and knew our approach would also work for larger groups and networks.

We are inspired by so many successful women in life and we want to share these experiences and networks with you.
