Okay that’s a bit of a HUGE question for late December, so we’ll come back to that in the new year.
For now, let’s try another one:
Are you ready for 2014? Do you know what you want?
We thought we would get that one in early. Why? Because NOW is a good time to start asking yourself some questions that your subconscious mind can begin to ponder while you get on with the business of taking a wonderful seasonal break.
Try these 3 questions to get clear about your 2014. You can apply them to any area of your life such as Business, Well-Being or Relationships:
1. What do I want to Build on in 2014?
What is going well that you could quite happily continue to work on and grow?
2. What do I want to Keep?
What do you want to retain in your life? Think of the things that with a bit of maintenance will keep ticking along nicely.
3. What do I want to Drop?
What do you need to let go of? It may be something you think you “ought” to do but deep down you don’t really want to do it anymore.
Try it quickly now, then come back to it later
Even taking 5 minutes now to quickly think about your answers will help you to get clear about what’s important to you. It works even better if you look at the questions in conversation with someone else.
